A successful launch relies on ensuring all key stakeholders are informed, aligned, and engaged—from early advocacy to final approval. This spans clinical leaders, business managers, executive teams, and external bodies such as ICBs and horizon scanning teams.

Each group plays a vital role, whether it’s championing clinical value, supporting budget planning, or steering decisions through internal governance. Overlooking any of these touchpoints can lead to delays, missed opportunities, and reputational risk.

My engagements with KOLs across a variety of therapy areas, enabled me to be one of the highest performing sales people in my company. By sharing best practice and strategic engagement both at a local and global level, enabled the company to become a trusted partner of choice to the HCP team, and resulted in increased sales and access.  I have taken that experience and refined it to assist a coaching mindset for others.

Case Study

I supported Professor Fox and his team in launching the world’s first private Peanut Desensitisation Service outside the USA. This pioneering project required extensive stakeholder coordination across clinical and operational teams.

By working closely with the team, I helped identify critical challenges and provided strategic solutions to align stakeholders, secure internal approvals, and meet service delivery timelines. My involvement was instrumental in navigating complex dynamics and ensuring the successful rollout of this groundbreaking initiative.
